The sprawling Hamptons estate owned by Alec Baldwin is back on the market for a noticeable price increase.
The Emmy Award winner has relisted his Amagansett mansion for $21 million, about $2 million more than he was seeking last year, according to Mansion Global.
Baldwin, 67, has been trying to sell the property — described as “boring” and compared to “mayonnaise” by comedian Dan Mahboubian Rosen — for more than three years.
The five-bedroom beach getaway was first listed for $29 million in November 2022. It was later taken off the market then relisted for $19 million, before being taken off the market again in July 2024.
Baldwin first purchased the five-acre property for $1.75 million in 1995. Following numerous updates and additions, the 10,000-square-foot estate now boasts a movie theater, wine-tasting room and wood-paneled library, while outside is a custom-built gunite pool and hot tub.
“I fell in love with this place the moment I came here,” the “30 Rock” star said in a YouTube video promoting the listing in January 2024. “You just can’t get this out here anymore. You can’t buy big pieces of land, especially in Amagansett.”
“I’m always happiest when I come here, especially this time of year,” he added. “I love it in the wintertime. It’s so peaceful and it’s so beautiful.”
The actor and his wife, Hilaria Baldwin, have long spent summers and holidays with their children in the East Hampton enclave. In August, the home was prominently displayed in a wide-ranging New York Times profile, with Baldwin telling the outlet their kids “go crazy” when the topic of selling the house comes up.
“We keep coming back here because the kids are very happy,” he said. “They love it here.”
The brood, which consists of the couple’s seven kids, eight pets and two nannies, was featured on their eponymous reality show launched earlier this year.
In addition to the Amagansett mansion, the Baldwins also own a luxury apartment in Greenwich Village and a 55-acre estate in Vermont.
