A chiropractor accused of secretly videotaping his undressed child patients is now charged with sharing those videos as child sex abuse materials, according to Kane County prosecutors.

A grand jury indicted David Hanson, 43, of Batavia, this week on 76 charges. Sixteen of the counts allege he shared videos of his young patients. The state’s attorney’s office believed at least 180 patients were recorded. Hanson was arrested Nov. 6, 2025.
