Yes, Metallica fans, the M72 Bay Area tour dates are happening.
After watching their favorite metal band announce two years worth of shows in other markets, Metallica fans have ample reason to celebrate today as the band announced 2025 dates for its blockbuster M72 Tour — and those new dates include two mammoth Bay Area shows.
Metallica will perform June 20 and 22 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara.
The full list of new tour dates for 2025 is listed below.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Sept. 27 at Ticketmaster.com. Fan club pre-sales start at 10 a.m. Sept. 23. See Metallica.com for more information.
Metallica has played to more than 3 million fans on it M72 Tour thus far. The tour began in 2023 and included a record setting two-night stand at SoFi Stadium in Southern California. (Here’s our review of SoFi Night 1.)
