Bears predictions: Week 15 vs. Browns

The Sun-Times’ Bears experts make their picks for Sunday’s game against the Browns at Soldier Field (noon, Fox 32):

Patrick Finley

Bears, 26-17: The last time the Bears beat the Browns was Christmas Eve 2017, the last win of head coach John Fox’s career. Season: 8-5.

Jason Lieser

Bears, 30-17: The Browns’ pass rush will be difficult for the Bears, but overall, this is a challenge they can handle. There should be plenty of chances for them to extend their league lead in takeaways. Season: 7-6.

Scoop Jackson

Bears, 34-21: This will be the game that determines what the Bears mettle and mental are made of. Bounce back from a winnable loss? Look past this game to get back at the Pack? It all gets exposed in this one. Season: 5-8.

Steve Greenberg

Bears, 24-17: On a see-your-breath Sunday at Soldier Field, with projected temperatures below 10 degrees, the only thing more clutch than a thermos of hot chocolate would be a dominant effort in the run game. Big day for the big boys up front. Season: 9-4.

Mark Potash

Bears, 24-13: The Bears might struggle in a trap game — coming off the Packers loss and ahead of next week’s rematch. But they’ve been finishing strong recently, which should give them an edge on a frigid day against a Browns team with nothing to play for. Season: 8-5.
