After she left home at midday on Saturday January 4, she was missing for just over a week.
At the time, the UK was going through an unseasonably cold snap with temperatures plunging.
Yellow weather warnings were in place across the north west of England last week, with planes at Manchester Airport grounded due to snow on the runways.
January 8 saw the coldest night in the UK for 15 years, when a hamlet in Scotland recorded -18.9°C.
