Broomfield Animal Services, local beekeeper remove “massive” bee swarm
This week Broomfield animal control were called to a remove a bee swarm surrounding a tree that the department said it is one of the largest they’ve ever seen.
According to a post on X, animal services officers worked with a local beekeeper to safely collect and relocate the swarm.

The department asked that anyone who comes across a swarm of bees to contact animal services at 303-438-6400. Reports of wasps should be directed to a licensed pest control service, according to the department.
