BYU recruit AJ Dybantsa might not have won the 2025 Sprite Jam Fest dunk contest on Monday night at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, but his dunk attempt was still pretty fantastic.
Dybantsa, a 2025 McDonald’s All-American playing on Tuesday in the boys’ game, dunked right over Sky superstar forward Angel Reese.
Reese, who is 6-3, seemed pretty impressed that Dybantsa was able to get that much air for the dunk.

Despite Dybantsa’s dunk, Baylor recruit Tounde Yessoufou won the event which was part of the McDonald’s All-American festivities.
Dybantsa is expected to light up the college hoops world this fall at BYU. The 6-9 small forward from Utah Prep is the Cougars’ highest-ranked recruit. The 18-year-old also had offers from UConn, Duke, North Carolina, USC and Georgetown.
