Check out our favorite 2024 images from LA County’s photo team

The year 2024 was a roller coaster ride of events in Los Angeles County.

Among them: A fiercely contested election, devastating wildfires, the ongoing challenge to solve the riddle of homelessness, a Dodgers World Series victory and local athletes snaring medals at the Paris Olympics as the world looked on.

Also: Big-name entertainers from the Rolling Stones to Taylor Swift hit the stages of the region.
