A Chicago man has been arrested on suspicion of firing several shots at another car while driving on the Stevenson Expressway on Wednesday, the Illinois State Police said.
Bowen Zhang, 29, is charged with attempted murder and aggravated discharge of a firearm in connection with the Nov. 5 road rage shooting, according to state police.
The shooting occurred in the northbound lanes of I-55 near California Avenue. Zhang allegedly fired several shots at another vehicle. The driver of the other car was uninjured and later reported the incident.
Zhang was arrested Thursday.
