Colorado bears join Red Rocks concertgoers for Russ show

Two bears joined crowds of Red Rocks concertgoers arriving for a Russ concert on Tuesday night, putting on their own show as people headed into the amphitheater.

The bears were caught on video by Denver7 viewer Jon Amundson, who told the station it was his first time seeing bears at Red Rocks after visiting the venue many times.

Red Rocks officials called the sighting “un-bear-lievable” and said the bears were special guests.

“As an outdoor venue surrounded by parklands and trails, we host fans of all species year-round,” officials wrote on social media. “Never approach wildlife, and ask for one of our park rangers if you need assistance.”

Russ’ aptly-named “Into The Wild” tour also features performances by Big Sean and Sabrina Claudio.
