Glenn Eric Thomas was arrested Thursday, police officials said in a news release. He is also accused of violating a protection order barring him from contacting a former spouse.
Colorado Springs police learned of the allegations against Thomas in Woodland Park on Oct. 16. He has worked at the department for 31 years, most recently in the DUI unit, and is now on paid administrative leave.
No charges have been filed in the Woodland Park investigation, Colorado Springs police said Thursday.
