Colorado weather: Tornadoes possible in southeast Monday evening

The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm watch for southeast Colorado on Monday, with forecasters saying tornadoes are possible.

Scattered hail as big as apples is also possible, with scattered gusts up to 75 miles per hour, NWS said on X.

The weather alert is active through 10 p.m. Monday.
