A Commerce City woman was injured after she opened a glass jar labeled “to my enemies” and it emitted an unknown gas that burned her face, police officials said.
The woman found the jar in her yard in the 6700 block of East 72nd Avenue on May 15, the Commerce City Police Department said in a video posted on social media.
She reported the incident to police Sunday night after she sought medical treatment, police officials said.
The jar also contained a letter, debris and nails. Investigators are still looking into who made it and left it.
