Disneyland sells out of all Magic Key annual passes once again

The on again, off again sale of Disneyland annual passes has been paused once again as the Anaheim theme park has halted all Magic Key sales indefinitely.

Disneyland paused sales on Thursday, July 31 of the two most expensive annual passes after launching sales of all four Magic Key tiers 10 weeks ago.

Disneyland has paused sales of the $1,749 Inspire Key and $1,374 Believe Key annual passes after previously pausing sales of the $974 Enchant Key and $599 Imagine Key — making all four tiers of the Magic Key program officially sold out and only available for renewal.

Disneyland starts and stops Magic Key sales several times a year as a way to manage the annual pass program — typically giving a few days notice before the sale starts and halting sales of the individual tiers without warning.

Magic Key sales for individual pass levels can last anywhere from a few hours to a few months. Disneyland always warns sales will be limited and passes could sell out quickly.

When will Disneyland sell Magic Key annual passes again? Only Mickey Mouse knows for sure.

Disneyland annual passes went on sale twice in 2024 in March and November and twice so far in 2025 in January and May.

The next opportunity to buy a Disneyland annual pass might not return until Thanksgiving.

Aspiring passholders can sign up to receive an email notification when Magic Key sales resume — whenever that happens.

Passholders with existing Magic Keys can renew their annual passes during the month before expiration.

Disneyland killed its original decades-old annual passholder program during the COVID-19 pandemic and unveiled the new Magic Key replacement in 2021. Within a few months, the Magic Key tiers began selling out. The on-again, off-again cycle has repeated ever since.
