On Thursday, a ‘Daddy Red T-Shirt’ with a stylized version of Trump’s infamous mugshot and ‘DADDY’ printed across the bottom were on sale on Trump’s website for $27 (£20) a pop.
The shirts are ‘Made in USA’ and unisex.
‘When Biden was President, we were LAUGHED at on the world stage. The whole world WALKED ALL OVER US!’ stated the Trump National Committee Joint Fundraising Committee in an email pitching the shirt.
‘But thanks to your favorite President (ME!) we are respected once again.
‘Please never forget that I wouldn’t be here without you. THANKS TO YOU, OUR COUNTRY IS RESPECTED AGAIN!’
Trump broke a presidential norm by using the F-word on camera while expression frustration over Israel and Iran appearing to violate the ceasefire that he announced.
‘We basically have two countries that have been fighting so long and so hard that they don’t know what the f*** they’re doing,’ Trump said on Tuesday.
Rutte further shocked the world by calling Trump ‘daddy’ – and his playful statement was embraced by the president and celebrated by his staff as he returned from the NATO summit.
The president’s official social media accounts posted a montage of him attending the summit in The Hague with Usher’s song ‘Daddy’s Home’ and the caption, ‘Daddy’s home… Hey, hey, hey, Daddy.’
Trump has frequently sold merchandise based on major moments in his presidency and career.
