Former President Donald Trump is publishing a new book with private letters from the late Princess Diana, Oprah Winfrey, Hillary Clinton and many more famed figures.

Letters to Trump will be the ex-president’s second official book since leaving office. It will contain 150 letters, including correspondence with former Presidents Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton, as well as North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

‘A colorful photo book captures the incredible, and oftentimes private correspondence, between President Donald J Trump and some of the biggest names in history throughout the past 40 years!’ states the book’s publisher Winning Team Publishing.

‘From President Richard Nixon, to Princess Diana, and from Hillary Clinton, to Chairman Kim Jong Un, no book offers a glimpse into history quite like LETTERS TO TRUMP!

The book with letters hand-picked by Trump will be released on April 25. No details were released on the letters involving Princess Diana, whom Trump aggressively pursued after her divorce.

But Axios on Thursday reported some insights into Trump’s letters with American talk show host Winfrey. In a 2000 letter, Winfrey wrote, ‘Too bad we’re not running for office. What a team!’

Trump wrote that he still believes Winfrey is ‘amazing’ but that it is not reciprocated.

‘Sadly, once I announced for President, she never spoke to me again,’ he wrote.

Winfrey penned a letter to Trump after he sent her an excerpt of a book, which is believed to have been his 2000 book The America We Deserve. In it, Trump wrote that his first choice for a vice presidential running mate was Winfrey. He called her intelligent, caring and an inspiration for millions of women to study and take charge of their lives.

‘If I can’t get Oprah, I’d like someone like her,’ he wrote at the time.

Winfrey replied: ‘I have to tell you your comments made me a little weepy.’

‘It’s one thing to try and live a life of integrity – still another to have people like yourself notice,’ she continued.

The book will also have correspondence with former US Senator Ted Kennedy, former New York Governor Mario Cuomo, professional golfer Arnold Palmer, TV host Jay Leno, American actress Liza Minnelli, TV presenter Regis Philbin and more.

‘Letters to Trump, reveals part of the incredible private collection of correspondence between President Donald J Trump and the countless world leaders, celebrities, athletes, and business leaders who shaped the United States and the world!’ stated Winning Team Publishing.

Winning Team Publishing, which describes itself on its website as ‘the nation’s premier conservative publishing house’, was also the publisher for Trump’s 2021 book Our Journey Together. That coffee table photo book made more than $20million for Trump. The publishing company was co-founded by Trump’s eldest son Donald Trump Jr.

Letters to Trump is priced at $99 or $399 for a signed edition.

The new book is not the first product Trump has created highlighting his career accomplishments, since announcing his 2024 presidential bid in November. In December, Trump released a series of NFTs of himself, that quickly sold out.
