Chicago police are searching for a hit-and-run driver who struck a pedestrian Monday night in Humboldt Park.
The 58-year-old pedestrian was struck and severely injured by the driver of a maroon 2002 GMC sport utility vehicle about 10:50 p.m. in the 500 block of North Pulaski Road, police said.
The driver fled the scene south on Pulaski Road. The GMC, possibly a Yukon XL, has an Illinois license plate DR60795, police said. The vehicle has tinted windows and may have front bumper damage.
