Oreo is named for her charming black-and-white coat and her sweet disposition. Understandably, the shelter can be a pretty scary place — even with all the treats and love our staff and volunteers give. While in the shelter, we’ve seen Oreo purr, head butt and roll to rub her face in the soft bedding. Sometimes the attention is a bit too much! Luckily, Oreo is fantastic at giving herself a break, meaning that with a slow approach she adores company. This loving senior is looking for a comforting home where she can relax to her heart’s content. Meet her in Dublin. The East Bay SPCA offers walk-in adoptions at its Oakland and Dublin campuses from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. For updated and real-time information on programs and offerings, visit eastbayspca.org/adoptions.
