Eastbound Interstate 76 is closed Sunday morning north of Denver for a rollover crash, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.
As of 9:45 a.m. Sunday, the highway was closed between U.S. 287 in Berkley and where it intersects with Interstate 25 in North Washington, an unincorporated community in Adams County, according to CDOT.
No information was available Sunday morning about the cause of the crash or when eastbound I-76 is expected to reopen.
Colorado State Patrol officials said the closure would last “an extended period of time.”
