A huge EuroMillions prize has rolled over to £34 million after there were no jackpot winners in last night’s draw.

The winning numbers in Friday’s National Lottery EuroMillons draw were: 5, 10, 23, 31, 37. The lucky stars were three and 11.

Unfortunately, no one managed to match all seven numbers and missed out on the previous £25,768,241 jackpot money.

However, not everyone left empty-handed after one person matched all five numbers and one lucky star to take home a bonanza of £230,268.10.

Three people took home £21,526.90 each after they matched all five main numbers.

The £26 million jackpot prize from Friday will now be rolled over into Tuesday’s draw where someone could win a life-changing £34 million.

In recent months, there have been some lucky UK winners taking home big prizes after purchasing EuroMillions tickets.

That includes a single dad from Norfolk, battling bowel cancer, who captured the moment he told his son he scooped £1 million on the EuroMillions.

Paul Harvey, 51, has been living with bowel cancer for the last two years while trying to raise his teenage son and daughter.

He is now hoping for some happier times with his two children after scooping the massive prize.

Meanwhile, best friends Carly Wiggett and Becky Witt who put their faith into a horoscope to win £168,000 each on the lottery.

The pair from Dartford, Kent, bought a EuroMillions ticket after Carly’s mum, Tracy, read that a Pisces and Taurus would win the lottery if they entered together.

A family from Cork, Ireland, won the largest EuroMillions prize in Ireland’s history, after buying a ticket from a small Centra store.

They plan to stay in their home city, but said they use the money to splash out on a Rolex.

However, not all lucky winners have been as fortunate after bagging their winnings as assassination, abduction or substance abuse all form part of a curse following lottery winners.

History has countless examples of winners whose lives took a turn for the worse after scooping a large sum of money.

Some may even fall into financial problems as was the case for UK winner Michael Carroll, a bin man who won £9,700,000 on the National Lottery in 2002 – but declared bankruptcy nine years later.

To win the full estimated £34 million jackpot, winners must have five winning numbers, and the two EuroMillions Lucky Star numbers.

To claim the top Thunderball payout, you need to match all five main numbers plus the Thunderball.

However, winning big can also royally screw up your life, with some winners even being targeted by assassins.
