WALNUT CREEK — A Fairfield man with a documented history of exposing himself to children is set to go on trial soon for allegedly masturbating in a moving car after pulling up alongside a bus full of elementary students, court records show.
Enrique Cisneros, 33, faces two misdemeanor charges after witnesses and police identified him as the suspect in a Feb. 23, 2024 indecent exposure incident near Valle Verde Elementary School. The kids were coming back from a field trip in Sonoma when Cisneros allegedly pulled up in his mother’s car, pulled out his genitals and made faces at the kids while masturbating.
Police got multiple witness statements from the children, including a quick-thinking girl who captured the suspect’s license plate with her cellphone camera. Once investigators realized the car was registered to a man with multiple arrests for the same conduct, a warrant was drafted for Cisneros’ arrest, records show.
Cisneros was arrested in 2017 for allegedly masturbating in front of girls near a popular hamburger stand in Fairfield. Later that year, police seized his phone and found videos of him masturbating in front of people and an attempt to make a “video of a recording up a female’s skirt,” authorities said in court filings.
Cisneros was charged in June 2024. His trial is set to begin next month, with a readiness conference scheduled for July 7, court records show. He has pleaded not guilty and is out of jail while the case is pending.
