Fears for missing girl, 14, who vanished after boarding train with ‘unknown older male’ as cops release crucial details

THERE are urgent fears for a missing 14-year-old who vanished after reportedly boarding a train with an unknown older man.

Kent Police are searching for Lily Wright after she was reported missing on Monday and are concerned for her welfare.

A police spokesperson said in a statement: “Lily, who is more widely known as Kalia, is believed to have boarded a train from Canterbury West railway station accompanied by an unknown older male.

“It is thought they boarded a London bound service at around 1.30pm and that they may been headed to an address in Welling in Bexley.”

Kent police said the man she was with was possibly in his late teens and wearing a grey top and grey jogging bottoms.

The force also said Lily has potential links with nearby Ashford.

They described her as white, 5ft 5ins, slim build, and having shoulder-length blonde hair.

She was last seen wearing a black t shirt and white Nike trainers.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts should call 999, quoting reference 24-1061.
