A vegetation fire sparked Wednesday morning alongside Interstate 25 in Douglas County, according to South Metro Fire Rescue.
South Metro Fire Rescue responded to the fire near Castle Pines shortly after 10:20 a.m. Wednesday, according to the agency.
Information about the size and cause of the fire was not immediately available Wednesday.
