Drivers should avoid the Cicero exits on the Stevenson Expressway after overnight rains caused flooding Tuesday morning on the Southwest Side.
Both the inbound and outbound Cicero exits are flooded, according to Illinois State police.
Illinois Department of Transportation trucks will be blocking off that area, according to Illinois State police.
