A fourth man has been arrested in connection with an October shooting that injured former Broncos wide receiver Josh Reynolds, according to the Denver Police Department.
Daniel Olivarez, 30, is charged with six counts of attempted murder, four counts of assault, two counts of attempted assault and two counts of illegal use of a firearm, according to court records.
Denver police announced Olivarez’s arrest Friday but did not detail his alleged role in the shooting, which prosecutors have called a “coordinated, organized” attack.
Reynolds and two other people were followed and shot at after they left Shotgun Willies, a strip club in Glendale, around 3 a.m. on Oct. 18, according to police reports.
Reynolds was shot in the left arm and back of the head and another man was shot in the back, while a third victim was injured by shattered glass.
Burr Charlesworth, 42, and Luis Mendoza, 35, are also charged with attempted murder and assault in the shooting.
Dirk Lisica-Lange, 31, was arrested in November on suspicion of attempting to influence a public servant in connection with the case.
Olivarez is set to appear in court Tuesday.
