Halas Intrigue Bears podcast: Talking Caleb Williams and the fourth quarter

Patrick Finley and Jason Lieser break down Caleb Williams’ heroics — he’s the best NFL quarterback in the fourth quarter — and debate why he can’t do that the rest of the game.

New episodes of “Halas Intrigue” will be published regularly with accompanying stories collected on the podcast’s hub page. You can also listen to “Halas Intrigue” wherever you get your podcasts, including Apple Podcasts, Spotify and Amazon Music.

The Bears get a chance to finally get an NFC North win Sunday when they face the Vikings.
Since the two were picked in the same draft class last year, Bears quarterback Caleb Williams has played 1,1718 snaps. The Vikings’ J.J. McCarthy, slowed by right knee and ankle injuries, has played 230.
Williams says the pressure in late-game scenarios forces him and the offense to rise up.
