This is the heart-stopping moment a cyclist came inches from being hit by an oncoming car, which skidded out of control.

George Fox was cycling in Northamptonshire on November 6 when he saw the car come around a bend and begin to skid.

As the car slid across the road, it avoided George and his fellow cyclist by mere inches.

It then smashed into another vehicle behind them before flipping upside down.

George said the experience, and watching the video back, was ‘Genuinely terrifying.’

Shockingly, everyone involved in the situation walked away without injuries.

Jeremy Vine previously captured the moment Jason Donovan was almost hit by a London bus while cycling.

The BBC2 presenter was cycling and filming his journey in London when a City Sightseeing bus careered past him on Oxford Street.

Vine captured the moment a London bus is filmed – randomly on Jeremy’s head camera – careering past the Australian singer, seemingly almost hitting him.

Jeremy called out, ‘How can he do that? How can the bus go that close to you?’

Seemingly unfazed by the incident, Jason remarked: ‘I looked at the helmet and thought who the hell would do something like that, and then I thought, it has to be Jeremy’.

The two linked up again past the bus at the next set of lights, and the presenter told the pop icon how close the bus had got to him before the video ended.
