Juvenile arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in Denver shooting near Coors Field

Denver police arrested a second suspect in a July shooting that injured four people near Coors Field, officials said Wednesday.

A juvenile male was arrested Friday on suspicion of four counts of attempted murder and four counts of first-degree assault, the department said on social media.

Investigators previously arrested 21-year-old Damion Britt on suspicion of attempted murder in the shooting but said Britt was not believed to be the shooter.

Denver police on Wednesday did not elaborate on what role the juvenile is accused of having in the shooting, which happened near 20th and Market streets on July 27.
