Noteworthy: Mape helped lead the Lions to a first-place finish in the silver bracket of the Costa Tournament. She recorded 35 kills with a .319 hitting percentage and 43 digs. Oaks Christian swept Chaminade to win the bracket. Oaks Christian (22-4) also had victories against Clovis West, John Burroughs, and Camarillo. Miller leads the team in kills (190) and blocks (59). Village Christian is 13-10 overall and 3-1 in Olympic League play this year under coach Micah Behrend.
