The Democratic Party has continued to move further and further to the left. With the election of Zohran Mamdani in New York City, the United States two largest cities are now run by communist sympathizers. Mamdani has his socialist anti-capitalist history and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, with her history as a leader of the southern California branch of the Venceremos Brigade, means the two largest cities in the country are run by politicians with anti-capitalist views. The Democratic Party is no longer the traditional “liberal” party we all knew. Let’s see how this all works out.
