By now, pretty much everyone has seen former president Barack Obama and billionaire Tom Steyer asking voters to figuratively stick a thumb in President Donald Trump’s eye by voting “Yes” on Prop.50.
They are really asking the Democrat-majority to give Democrat politicians in Sacramento dictatorial powers for “just” a few years to redistrict communities in the state as they see fit. Then they “promise” that power will revert back to the nonpartisan committee as voted upon years ago.
Wouldn’t it be far simpler to just outlaw the Republican Party in California? After all, Germany banned the Nazi Party. And Republicans are just like them, being “fascists” and all, right?
Voters should remember that Democrats are the “good guys.”
Look at all they have done for California over the last 20 years: Highest gas prices in the country. Highest energy prices. Highest homeless population. Highest home prices. Lowest school test scores, even worse than Mississippi (despite very well-paid but incompetent teachers). I won’t even go into our crime problem.
I have no doubt Prop. 50 will pass because so many Democrat voters were educated in public schools and taught to be stupid.
