The London Underground is getting off to a bad start this morning with five lines facing suspension or delays.

The District line is part suspended between Earl’s Court and Edgware Road due to a signal failure at High Street Kensington, while the Elizabeth line has no service between Abbey Wood and Canary Wharf thanks to a power supply problem.

The Piccadilly line is partly closed for the second week in a row between Rayners Lane and Uxbridge due to ‘difficult track conditions’ caused by falling leaves, with passengers asked to use the Metropolitan line instead.

Meanwhile the Northern line has minor delays between Camden Town and High Barnet and Mill Hill East, caused by emergency engineering work at Highgate depot.

And the Victoria line is also seeing minor delays after other engineering work finished late.

The rest of the Tube is running a good service – but we’ll keep you updated with the latest.
