Lone Tree police arrested a 33-year-old man Friday in connection with a woman found dead last week.
Police arrested Troy Marcus Reynolds Jr. on suspicion of first-degree murder, burglary, animal cruelty, menacing and tampering with physical evidence.
Reynolds was arrested in connection with the killing of 57-year-old Kathleen Mayo, who was found by police on Sept. 4 during a welfare check at 10400 Park Meadows Drive.
Citing the ongoing investigation, police declined to release further details.
