Tyrant Putin touched down in the hermit kingdom yesterday morning and was greeted by Kim in an extravagent red carpet display.

The dictators have struck up a chilling friendship in recent years – and it seems to be going from strength to strength with the duo giving each other extravagent gifts during Putin’s historic visit.
A smiling Kim, 40, proudly gave Putin, 71, a pair of Pungsan dogs, a rare local breed used to hunt tigers in the North Korean mountains.
Putin was seen shaking Kim’s hand before taking a look at his prized dogs, who were tied to a rose-covered fence.
Bizarre video showed Putin leaning down to pet one of the dogs before quickly pulling his hand back when it tried to lick him.
The warmonger then reached out to pet the other dog but thought better of it after the animal barked at him.
The dogs, which can be aggressive, were bred from wolves and are renowned for their exceptional hunting skills.
They are even used to hunt the world’s largest tiger – the Amur tiger – which is endemic to both eastern Russia and North Korea.
Earlier, Putin had gifted Kim a £350,000 bulletproof limousine during his historic trip to North Korea – his first in 24 years.
Bizarre video showed the pair of despots hopping in the luxury Aurus and taking it out for a spin.
Putin can be seen stepping into the driving seat of the Aurus as Kim jumps into the passenger seat.
The feared twosome then went on a chilled ride around the lavish grounds of a guest house in the North Korean captial Pyongyang with next to no protection with them.
The two are said to share their “pent-up innermost thoughts” on their car rides together, North Korean state media said.
Tyrant Putin also handed Kim an admiral’s dagger and a tea set.
The Aurus was the second time Putin has gifted his pal a car.
In February, Putin reportedly gifted Kim the same £350,000 limousine as a thank-you for providing North Korean weapons to help in the war.
The elaborate gift was again thought to be a violation of sanctions against North Korea.

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said the decision to gift the motor was made after Kim took a liking to Putin’s Aurus Senat Limousine.
Such elaborate gifts are all but guaranteed to be a violation of Moscow-backed United Nations Security Council sanctions against Pyongyang.
Kim rolled out the red carpet for his ally as the tyrants vowed to forge a “New World Order” on Tuesday.
Cementing their “axis of evil, yesterday signed a comprehensive strategic comprehensive strategic partnership in a bid to expand their economic and military cooperation.
Kim and Putin are both hellbent on creating a united front against the West.
And the North Korean leader yesterday said Moscow and Pyongyang’s friendship is now even closer than during Soviet times.
Tyrant Putin’s animal soft spot
TYRANT Vladimir Putin has a softer side with his affection for animals – from dogs to leapards.
The warmonger has received a series of furry gifts from world leaders – and Kim is just the latest to give Putin a dog.
In 2017, Turkmenistan’s President gifted Putin a Central Asian Shephered puppy as a birthday present.
Putin is an avid dog lover and has shown a softer side by kissing his pets.
The tyrant has previously received a Bulgarian shepherd named Buffy from Bulgaria’s premier in 2010 and an Akita names Yume from a Japanese official in 2012.
Putin’s black labrador Konnie, who was famous for terrifying former German Chancellor Angela Merkel, died a few years ago.
He had received Konnie as a gift from a Russian official in 1999.
The Russian despot has also been given horses and even a tiger.
The pair agreed to provide immediate military assistance if either faces armed agression, according to the landmark pact.
In exchange, Putin would allow economic assistance and technology transfers that could enhance the threat posed by Kim’s nuclear weapons and missile programme.
Russian state media said Putin and Kim spoke face-to-face for about two hours in a meeting that was originally planned for one hour.
Relations between the two nuclear powers have warmed significantly in recent years amid Russia’s growing acrimony with the West over its invasion of Ukraine.
Despite the seemingly perfect pair looking all smiles, a body language expert told The Sun that Kim has forced Putin to be his “second banana”.
Professor Erik Bucy told The Sun that Kim “demanded obeisance” from the Russian leader – who would have been left feeling “incredibly awkward”.
Professor Bucy said: “What looks like a friendly welcome is really a dance to determine dominance among two nefarious authoritarians.
Bucy, who works in Strategic Communication at Texas Tech University, said Kim’s behaviour “reinforced Putin’s status as a client and Kim’s as the host and supplier”.
Putin has now left North Korea and is touring Vietnam in a bid to bolster his ties in Asia to offset growing international isolation over the war in Ukraine.
