Travellers heading to Gatwick this morning on the train are facing delays of up to 20 minutes due to a signalling failure.
The issue was first reported between Burgess Hill and Three Bridges and is affecting multiple train services.
The Gatwick Express between Brighton and London Victoria; Southern between Ore, Hastings, Eastbourne, Littlehampton and London Victoria; and the Thameslink between Brighton and Bedford; and Cambridge.
Delays are reportedly lasting up to 20 minutes, and will likely last until around 10 am.
Drivers are also experiencing heavy traffic on the M25 clockwise, near the Darenth Interchange.
