BottleRock Napa Valley attendees who were hoping to sing along with “Club Can’t Handle Me,” “Good Feeling,” “Wild One,” “Whistle” and — of course — the blockbuster “Low” at the festival on Sunday (May 25) were likely feeling disappointed.
That’s because Flo Rida — the man behind all those popular hop-hop hits and as well as several others — cancelled his set scheduled for late in the afternoon on Day 3 of BottleRock Napa Valley.
It’s unclear what led to the cancellation.
Filling Flo Rida’s place on the bill — on the festival’s big Verizon Stage — is Drama, which is described on the BottleRock act as “the multicultural collaboration between producer Na’el Shehade’s chic Chicago house-infused production style and vocalist Via Rosa whose soulful delivery is inspired by the improvisational nature of jazz and playful patterns of hip-hop and bossa nova.”
Even though Flo Rida has dropped off the bill, there is still a ton to see and hear during Day 3 of BottleRock — including Goose, Vacations, The War and Treaty, Noah Kahan and, best of all, Robby Krieger of The Doors.
