Man, 26, stabbed to death in north west London named and pictured

A man who was stabbed to death in Brent, north west London, has been named as Ali Faris Muhammad.

He was taken to the hospital but was later pronounced dead.

No arrests have been made.

Locals said a ‘fight’ broke out between revellers at a pub before the fatal stabbing.

One told Metro: ‘My mate was outside his flat having a fag. He said the people involved came out of the bar.

‘There was a fight, but he didn’t see a knife or a weapon.’

Jason Tozer, 59, added: ‘It was like a crazy scene. I was woken up by sirens. All hell was let loose in the street outside.

‘We were worried we didn’t know if there was someone running around with a knife a policeman said there had been a stabbing.’

Detective Chief Inspector Allam Bhangoo: ‘Our thoughts are with Ali’s family and loved ones.

‘They have asked for their privacy to be respected at this difficult time.

‘Our team of detectives and forensic specialists are working at pace to establish the full circumstances that led to his tragic death.
