The girl was taken to hospital in a critical condition and remains there after suffering life-changing injuries.
She had been sitting inside the restaurant having dinner with her family when she was shot.
Javon Riley, 32, is accused of four charges of attempted murder over the shooting.
Riley, from Enfield in north London, was arrested following a vehicle stop in Chelsea Embankment on August 9.
He appeared at the Old Bailey today wearing a grey prison tracksuit as he denied all four counts of attempted murder.
One of the counts was brought in relation to the girl, who cannot be named.
The other three charges concern shooting victims Mustafa Kiziltam, 37, Kenan Aydogdu, 44, and 42-year-old Ali Nasser.
The three men had been sitting outside the restaurant and have since been discharged from hospital.
The Recorder of London, Judge Mark Lucraft, KC, said it was “clear” there were others involved.
He set a trial date for July 21 next year and remanded Riley in custody ahead of a further case management hearing on November 19.
It comes after cops released CCTV footage showing the moment a gunman on a motorbike fired shots into the Turkish restaurant.
In the clip gunshots can be heard ringing through the streets, before a motorbike can be heard revving down the street.
