Detectives are trying to figure out who is responsible for the fatal shooting of a 28-year-old man late Tuesday in the Grand Boulevard neighborhood.
The 28-year-old man was found in the first block of West 44th Street around 11:35 p.m. with a gunshot wound to his head, Chicago police said.
He was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center where he was pronounced dead, police said.
No one was in custody.
