A man was found shot to death early Monday less than a mile away from the United Center on the Near West Side.
Around 3:15 a.m., the man, 32, was found on the sidewalk unresponsive with a gunshot wound to his shoulder and a laceration to his temple in the 2100 block of West Gladys Avenue, Chicago police said.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. His name hasn’t been released yet.
No one was in custody and Area 3 detectives are investigating.
