A man was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Austin early Saturday, police said.
The man, 35, was outside in the 1100 block of South Cicero Avenue around 2:30 a.m. when he was struck by a black sedan that fled the scene, Chicago police said.
He was taken to Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, where he was pronounced dead.
No one is in custody, and Chicago police Major Accidents Unit is investigating.
