A man was seriously injured and another person was grazed during a shooting in Chicago Lawn Thursday night, according to Chicago police.
Two men, 36 and 49, were outside in the 6700 block of South Western Avenue at 8:21 p.m., when several people approached them and at least one person fired shots, police said. The younger man was shot multiple times and taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center where he was listed in serious condition.
The elder man was grazed on his left shoulder and refused medical attention, police said.
No one is in custody.
