A man was found fatally shot in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood Monday, police said.
Officers found an unidentified man lying unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds to the body in the 1600 block of West 79th Street around 5 p.m., Chicago police said.
He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center, in Oak Lawn where he was pronounced dead.
No one is in custody, and detectives are investigating.
