A 22-year-old man was shot after he was involved in a car crash early Sunday in Humboldt Park, Chicago police said.
The crash happened in the 3800 block of West Chicago Avenue. Then another car pulled up around 1:45 a.m., and the driver got out and shot the man several times in the chest, according to police.
The injured man was taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition.
The gunman fled. No one is in custody, police said.
