A 33-year-old man was shot to death Friday afternoon in Washington Heights.
He was in an alley about 3:10 p.m. in the 1400 block of West 94th Street when a person approached him and fired shots, Chicago police said.
The unidentified man suffered a gunshot wound to the groin. He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
No arrests were reported.
