A man was shot and wounded Sunday night in the West Loop.
The man, whose age wasn’t known, was walking just after 9 p.m. in the 500 block of West Roosevelt Road, near the intersection of Canal Street and Roosevelt Road, when someone approached him and fired shots, Chicago police said.
The man was shot in the head and was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was listed in fair condition, police said.
No one is in custody and Area 3 detectives are investigating.
