A man was struck and killed by a Blue Line train Saturday night in Logan Square.
The 28-year-old stumbled and fell onto the tracks as a train arrived about 8:15 p.m. at the Logan Square Blue Line station in the 2600 block of North Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago police said.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
The train operator was taken to a nearby hospital for observation, police said.
Blue Line service between the Montrose and Western/Milwaukee stops was suspended as of late Saturday night, the CTA said. Shuttle buses were made available to provide connecting service.
