Meghan Markle shares new picture of Lilibet and Archie on Mother’s Day

The Duchess of Sussex shared a new snap of her with children Archie and Lilibet to mark the US Mother’s Day.

Meghan Markle posted the emotional image of the trio sharing a big hug to mark Mother’s Day, which is celebrated on May 11 in the US and in many European countries.

It shows Meghan holding Archie, 6, and Lilibet, 3, in her arms while dressed in a casual beige jumper and matching linen trousers with bare feet.

Meghan wrote in the caption: Happy Mother’s Day!

‘Cheers to juggling it all with joy!

‘And to these two gems – who still attempt to climb “mama mountain”, smother me with kisses, and make every day the most memorable adventure….being your mom is the greatest privilege of my life ❤️

‘I, too, “love you more than all the stars in all the sky, all the raindrops, and all the salt on all the french fries in all the world.”’

The family snap appears to have been taken on Meghan and Prince Harry’sbalcony in the star-studded Montecito neighbourhood.

The latest Instagram post comes after Prince Harry gave a bombshell interview to the BBC, claiming King Charles no longer talks to him and that he does not know ‘how much longer my father has.’

Meghan has posted regularly on her official social media account, which was relaunched earlier this year ahead of her Netflix documentary and new lifestyle brand.

Following the interview, Meghan posted an image showing Harry spending time with Lilibet and Archie in the royal couple’s garden.

Previously, the 43-year-old had shared a video revealing Lilibet’s voice for the first time.

The sweet clip shows the pair in the middle of making jam.

Meghan asks her daughter what she thinks of the creation.

Lilibet responds with a distinct American accent: ‘I think it’s beautiful.’
