A swimmer and high school senior at Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School has gone missing.
Estefania Herrera, 18, was last seen Friday wearing a black and white checkered fleece top and blue jeans, Chicago police said.
Herrera is 5-foot-4, weighs 200 pounds, has brown eyes and hair and has a light brown complexion, police said.
The all-girls Catholic Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School, 3737 W 99th St., wrote in a Facebook post that their community was “praying for the safe return of senior Estefania Herrera.”
“We ask the extended community to join us in keeping Estefania and her family in their thoughts and prayers,” the school wrote.
Anyone with information on Herrera’s whereabouts should call Area 1 Special Victims Unit detectives at 312-747-8380.
