Motorist wounded in Humboldt Park shooting

A motorist was wounding in a shooting, causing him to crash his car Saturday in Humboldt Park.

The 46-year-old was in the 800 block of North Sacramento Boulevard about 4 p.m. when someone fired shots, striking him in the head, Chicago police said.

The man continued driving and crashed into a parked car and a light pole, police said.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition, according to police.

No arrests were reported.
